@# Sunny Health Fitness Roller Slide



I had an Ab Roller before and it worked wonders. Now after having a baby I had to get one again. I love how it is so easy you don't even feel like you are working out. I think if you are doing it for 3-5 minutes a day for at least 4 days a week, even if you eat junk food and tons of soda like me, your efforts will be shown very quickly. I have had this for 3 weeks and have lost 2 pants sizes!!
