Thank you for the information - I almost made the same mistake. I saw other Steps that were $80+, and then saw this one advertised here for much less so I almost jumped right on it. Your review was really helpful and prevented me from doing the same thing you did ! I totally agree, they should never post a photo for a complete step if all they are selling are the blocks. They are going to have a LOT of unhappy customers.
