This lock is not upto the mark in terms of security. My bicycle was stolen right from Office Bicycle shed!!!. Please bear in mind that this area is monitored 24 hrs by CCTV. I locked the bicycle as usual ensuring the lock covers both the front and rear wheel and secured to bicycle holder. On my return i saw that bicycle was gone and the lock was left broken on combination part ( it must have been broken with hammer or stone on actual combination part where the end of lock cable goes in.
No hard feelings towards the company but the lock was not good enough and can't blame anyone can't expect full proof security from a 10$ lock.
My advice spent some more money on a decent lock or if possible have two different type of locks (cable locks/ U locks/ chain locks)to ensure added security.
